Cabe Tejeda is a filmmaker based on the border of El Paso, TX/Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua. Passionate about the art of visual storytelling, he has been the director of the horror film festival "Oculto" for the past 4 years. He focuses on providing a platform for independent filmmakers in the horror/fantasy genre.
